Here's what you can Expect

Once we receive your Registration Form (below) we will check for Qualified Club Contractors in your area.  If there are Qualified Club Contractors in your area that are willing to accept another customer the process will be fairly quick to get you started with your Maintenance Program.  If there aren't any Qualified Club Contractors in your area we immediately start searching for Contractors that are interested and Qualified to Club Standards and Background Checks.  Unfortunately this process could take up to a month or more depending on our volume and Club Qualifications.  We do not take any Contractor to fill a void - They must fit with the Club's rigid requirements.  Therefore we do not expect you to proceed with any monthly Club Dues until we have everything in place.  So when we have everything in place for your Maintenance Program to proceed is when you'll be directed to the Clubs Monthly Pay Plan Sign up Area.  In this Area you will have several options to choose from.  All options are Secure Sites that take Club Dues out monthly either by credit card or bank account in the amounts according to the square footage of your home which will be verified by the Club Contractor.  You are signing up for a one year commitment -- If for any reason you are not satisfied with the program you don't have to renew.  Our Program usually takes about three years to complete - of coarse that depends on your house.  Usually by then your house is ready to go through the program again to keep it up to date - We are very Happy you have decided to join Clubhous-pms
