know the homeowner and their needs by creating a trusting - long lasting

5. Club Contractors like to "keep their foot in the door" so to speak by being there
for the Homeowner
6. Widening the knowledge of the Contractor through the support from the Club
when I need something done - why Join the Club?

It's a proven fact that monthly Preventive Maintenance is a better practice for
keeping equipment running smoothly and Energy efficient -- Plus the Lists and
Advisors are basically one time events - not knowing if you'll get the same Pro the
next time - an extremely cold non caring relationship - one time events usually
cost more - the Club has discounts for many events

good for his business - which means they do good work - a nice perk of the Club is
your Contractor is the "main" -- if the Homeowner or Contractor is unhappy with
any workmanship regarding a sub - your Club Contractor is responsible to have
them correct the situation - his subs have to also join the club and show their
picture - bio - license and insurance for the Homeowner to see on the Clubs site
In most cases the subs have also agreed to work at Club discount prices
their customers happy creating that trusting relationship - These Contractors don't
mind doing small items at a discount - knowing that if and when that bigger
remodeling job comes along where the Homeowner needs three bids - they have
more than an excellent chance of landing the job - who would you rather have do
your job - a stranger or someone you know and trust
Maintenance projects at the present Club Rate of $35.00 per hour per man
with no service / call out / drive out / Gas or Vehicle Charge?
below their normal Rate - by joining the Club and agreeing to these Rates shows
the Homeowner they are interested in building that long lasting trusting
relationship and not out for the one time "get as much as you can" approach. In
return if and when it comes time for the bigger projects that requires three bids
they want to be one of them and they can usually explain why the other bids are
higher or lower - the low bid is not always the best bid - a lot of times estimates are
unclear of what is involved or covered - your Contractor can explain this to you
my Home - Do we have to do them?

actually take care of the issue yourself - but don't forget these items are completed
by the Contractor with the Clubs special discounted rates
Radon in my Home. Then he said it was going to cost me for the Procedure -- is
this correct?
but if some of the tests involves a purchase and time to accomplish - you will be
charged - he will let you know before hand what the estimated charge would be -
you can always refuse or do it at a later time - remember Club rates apply for these
items - and - it's to your advantage to have them done but it's totally up to you
issues that you would like your Contractor to perform - the Club rates do apply for
these. From anything from cleaning gutters to changing a light bulb in a high
ceiling situation.

if he doesn't he can still guide you in the right direction and explain the estimates
to you. Estimates are not always apples to apples - the lowest bid is not always
the best bid and the highest bid doesn't guarantee a better job. Your Contractor
is a Remodeling Contractor so there is a good chance he does roofs - or - he can
guide you to make the right choice - it's ultimately your decision
inspection do I still have to pay for it belonging to the Club?
"A Certification" on your Home you shouldn't have to get a Home Inspection -
unless of course the buyer wants to pay for it. You can always show them
your on line maintenance records of all the items that were done
the Clubs Program?
