their own records but the Club will send out
the monthly maintenance schedule directly

When cruising the websites on the internet we are usually going to a site for a specific reason.
I want to find out more about the Service - How much does the Service cost?
What I'm getting for the money
These questions make my determination to sign up or pay for that Service
Do I want it or don't I?
There is a reason for this!
They want you to sign up first
but wait a minute -- If I could find out the information first I could then determine if I want to sign up
we find this mode of "capture" very unpleasant and we do not wish this upon our Customers
We find this practice devious and in some cases it portrays us as being - we feel -
? stupid ?
We also feel these sites are so big and hard to navigate
we don't have all day to devote to their site
we want to find out what we want to find out and move on
Our site will eventually become very extensive but it is our goal to keep it as simple as possible
with all of the "what we feel" are the main issues out front and easy to find
