We have watched the changes of Home Improvements and Methods over many years.  We feel the improvements and technology are fantastic.

 

We feel the approach at which Homeowners are getting their Improvements accomplished need vast Improvement.

 

How does the average Homeowner or Contractor with their busy Lives stay abreast of all the new Improvements and technologies your home

needs to help you live a Safe, Healthy, Secure, Energy

efficient lifestyle that you and your family deserve.

 

New Ideas and Technologies are coming out all the time - it's the job of ClubHouse-PM's to stay abreast of these Ideas and Technologies.

We then incorporate these into our Program. Delivering the best

to you and your Contractor / Your Home

 

We Team you up with one of our Club Contractors that will be your

"Main" Contractor for the duration of you belonging to the Club.

After a few months you'll get to know him - you'll start to

realize that you can trust him and value his opinion - He

wants to make you happy and take care of your needs

and cherish the opportunity to serve you.

 

The Homeowner doesn't need ten different Contractors doing multiple things

The Homeowner needs one Contractor knowledgeable in all the

Trades to take care of the Homeowners every Problem

Not all of the Contractors can do all of the Trades

Our Contractors have a vast knowledge of all of the Trades

But usually have a regular team of pro's that follow them

The "subs" the Club Contractor keeps around are there for a reason

They do a good job and make the Club Contractor look Good

Also if for any reason you or the Club Contractor is not satisfied with their work

The Club Contractor makes their "sub" correct the problem

To your Satisfaction

 

 

The Lists and Advisors

We also recognize the horrible approach at which Homeowners are finding Professional Contractors to do their work now.  Some Homeowners refer

 to free internet Lists or Advisors that promise to send you a

Professional Contractor.  Sometimes these Contractors

are very good - but a lot of times their not

 

We all realize nothing in life is Free - If most people knew the behind the

 scene truth of how these companies make their money they probably

would not call them - Your best interest is not at Heart

 

These Companies get your request for a Pro in your area - They in turn

contact as many "Pro's" that are signed up in your area as they can. Some are good Companies - some are unemployed Tradesmen with Insurance

Let's say they contact ten "Pro's" - These "Pro's" then call you - only

one "Pro" will get the job but all ten "Pro's" will have to pay a

"lead fee" which varies between Twenty five and One

 Hundred Dollars each - in some cases the "Pro's"

call the customer and no one answers -

was it a bogus number?

all ten "Pro's" still have to pay a "Lead fee"

The Internet is full of Scams

Best thing to do is look at the negative reviews on Their own websites

Look on the complaints on Youtube by some of the Contractors

 

 

Once the Contractor is teamed up with the Homeowner -

The Home owner is the contractors client until the homeowner no longer wants to be in the club or no longer wants to be with the current Contractor

The Contractors Client base is built by both the Contractor and the Club

We both seek out new Homeowners / Clients  for you

Whenever the Contractor has enough Clients on board for his Business

just let the Club know

The Club will seek another Contractor to take the overflow

 

If the Club can see the Contractor isn't fulfilling their obligations or to many complaints are surrounding a specific Contractor another Contractor will be chosen to fulfill the Homeowners needs.
